Unlike a traditional event, The Poly Estate Experience unfolds in three unique chapters, each offering its own atmosphere, entertainment, and opportunities to connect.

From poolside conversations and chef-inspired dining to an unforgettable after-dark celebration, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a one-of-a-kind experience.

Poolside Brunch & Meet + Greet

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Kick off the day with luxury resort vibes as you mingle poolside, enjoy brunch, sip handcrafted cocktails, relax in the jacuzzi, play interactive games, and connect with incredible poly people in a welcoming atmosphere.

Dress Code: Luxury Resort Swim Wear

 

Estate Intermission 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Take time to refresh, recharge, or return to the host hotel before the evening experience begins.

 

Chapter Two

Luxury Toga Dinner & Social Experience

5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

As the sun sets, The Estate transforms into an dining experience featuring beautifully curated décor, a chef-inspired dinner, premium drinks, engaging conversations, entertainment, and opportunities to build deeper connections with your community.

Dress Code: Elegant Black, Gold, or White Toga Attire

 

Estate Intermission 8:45 PM – 10:00 PM

Refresh, change attire, and prepare for the final chapter of the evening.

 

Chapter Three

After Dark Pajama Lounge

10:00 PM – 2:00 AM

The final chapter brings a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere where guests can unwind, dance, enjoy late-night bites, lounge by the fire, play games, enjoy the jacuzzi, and continue creating unforgettable memories in an intimate setting.
