Poly Palooza Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Poly Palooza, we prioritize fairness, transparency, and the safety and comfort of our community. To maintain the integrity of our event and protection of all attendees, the following refund policy applies to all ticket holders.

Refund Eligibility After Interview Process

All attendees must complete an interview to confirm eligibility and alignment with the event’s guidelines and community standards.

If You Are Approved After Your Interview:

Once approved, you have 5–10 days from the date of your interview to request a cash refund.

• Refunds after your purchased the 5–10 day window:
  You may receive an event credit equal to the value of your ticket.
  This credit is valid for 18 months and may be applied toward:
  ✔ Any approved My Chocolate Events
  ✔ The next Poly Palooza event

• No cash refunds will be issued after the 5–10 day approval window.

If You Are Not Approved After Your Interview:

If an attendee does not meet the event’s qualifications or community standards during the interview process:

• A full refund will be processed immediately.

• The individual will be permanently restricted from:
  ✔ All future Poly Palooza events
  ✔ All My Chocolate Events
  ✔ Any businesses associated with Poly Palooza or My Chocolate Events

This policy ensures the safety, comfort, and positive experience of all approved attendees.

Non-Transferable Policy

Tickets and event credits are non-transferable and may not be sold or gifted to another person.

Each attendee must be individually approved through the interview process

Event credits must be used within 18 months of the date issued, with no extensions. Credits are valid only toward approved events hosted by:

• My Chocolate Events

• Poly Palooza

Poly Palooza 2026 — Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct & Non-Disclosure Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Event Dates: June 11–14, 2026

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Hosts: Poly Palooza LLC / My Chocolate Events

By purchasing a ticket, attending the event, or participating in any Poly Palooza–related groups or activities, you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, Code of Conduct, and NDA.

 

Eligibility & Admission

You are apart of the Polygamous community and wanting to build relationships.

All attendees must be 21 years or older at the time of the event.

Honest about health conditions, but responsible for health conditions. 

All attendees must complete an interview screening. Approval is required for entry.

Poly Palooza reserves the right to deny admission for any reason related to safety, behavior, or vibe protection.

Government-issued ID is required at check-in & proof of tickets. 

 

Attendee Conduct & Behavior Expectations

To maintain a safe, welcoming, respectful environment, all attendees agree to the following:

Consent is mandatory for all interactions.

No harassment, coercion, aggressive behavior, or boundary-pushing of any kind.

No unwanted touching or comments of a sexual, romantic, or personal nature.

 Energy & Vibe Protection

Drama, disrespect, or negative energy will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Respect for the Event, Venue & Hosts

Follow all instructions from Poly Palooza staff and venue security.

Damage to property may result in charges.

Alcohol is provided as part of the event. But You as a Poly Palooza attendee is responsible for your consumption of alcohol.

Illegal drugs, excessive intoxication, or unsafe behavior are not permitted.

You may not photograph, film, or record others without clear permission.

You may not share private conversations or identity details.

 

Photography, Media & Personal Content

Professional photography is allowed only by approved Poly Palooza staff.

Personal photos/videos must be consensual and may not include any person who has not agreed.

You may not create unofficial flyers, merch, ads, or promotional materials using the Poly Palooza name/logo without written approval.

Vendor, Sponsor & Partner Conduct

If attending as a vendor or sponsor, you must:

• Submit materials and products for approval

• Use only approved marketing language

• Respect category exclusivity

• Follow setup and breakdown instructions

• Maintain professionalism at all times

 

 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

To protect attendee privacy, business operations, and the Poly Palooza experience, all participants agree to the following:

 Confidential Information Includes:

• Identities of attendees

• Personal conversations

• Relationship structures

• Private group chat content

• Poly Palooza business operations, processes, or internal decisions

Prohibited Actions

Attendees may NOT:

• Disclose, screenshot, or share private group messages

• Reveal attendee information publicly or privately

• Record audio/video without explicit permission

• Share internal event details, logistics, or issues

• Reproduce Poly Palooza content for personal or business gain

Consequences

Violation of the NDA may result in:

• Permanent ban from Poly Palooza and all My Chocolate Events

• Removal from the event without refund

• Legal action if necessary

 

Grounds for Immediate Removal (No Refund)

You may be removed from the event for:

• Harassment or unsafe behavior

• Violating consent

• Violating NDA

• Creating disruptions or conflict

• Disrespect toward staff or attendees

• Attempting to sneak in non-approved guests

• Speaking negatively about the The Poly Palooza in a fraudulent manner.

• Bullying (Physical or Verbally) including Social Media post.

• Liability Waiver

By attending, you agree that Poly Palooza LLC / My Chocolate Events is not responsible for:

• Personal injury due to reckless behavior

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

• Expenses related to travel or lodging

• Emotional or interpersonal conflicts among attendees

You participate at your own risk.

Final Agreement

✔ Understand consequences for violations

Poly Palooza 2026 – Photo & Video Release Agreement

By attending Poly Palooza 2026 and participating in any event activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photo and video use. This Release applies to all attendees, guests, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and participants.

 

1. Consent to Photography & Videography

During Poly Palooza 2026, event photographers and videographers will be capturing media content for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.

By entering the event, you grant Poly Palooza LLC and My Chocolate Events full permission to:

• Photograph you

• Record video or audio of you

• Capture your likeness, voice, and image

• Use these materials without additional approval

2. Use of Media Content

You authorize Poly Palooza to use your image, voice, or likeness in the following ways:

• Promotional videos

• Social media posts

• Advertisements (digital & print)

• Event recaps

• Website content

• Marketing materials

• Future Poly Palooza or My Chocolate Events campaigns

This includes edited, altered, or combined content.

3. No Compensation

You understand that:

• You will not receive financial compensation

• You will not receive royalties

• Media content may be used indefinitely

Your participation is voluntary and without expectation of payment.

4. Respect for Attendee Comfort

Poly Palooza prioritizes consent and privacy.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded:

• Notify staff during check-in

• You will receive a “No Media” wristband or indicator

• Media staff will avoid capturing you intentionally

However, accidental background appearances may still occur.

5. Revocation

You may revoke consent only for future recordings, not for media already created or published.

6. Liability Release

By attending, you release Poly Palooza LLC, My Chocolate Events, its staff, affiliates, and media team from:

• Liability related to the use of your image or likeness

• Claims of invasion of privacy, publicity, or defamation

7. Agreement

By entering Poly Palooza 2026, you acknowledge:

✔ You have read and understood this Photo & Video Release

✔ You consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes

✔ You understand this release is binding and indefinite
